Condos / Townhouses up to 2,000 sq ft    $180.00

Single Family Homes up to 2,000 sq ft    $200.00

2,001 sq ft - 2,500 sq ft                $225.00

2,501 sq ft - 3,000 sq ft                $275.00

3,001 sq ft - 3,500 sq ft                $300.00

3,501 sq ft - 4,000 sq ft                $325.00

Greater than 4,000 sq ft                 $0.10 per sq ft

Mold/Air Sampling and Inspection Services

  • Mold inspections prices are by square footage and follow the same price schedule as above. The price includes one set of air samples. Addition air or surface samples are $35.00 each.
  • Samples may be taken without an inspection for mold (see price schedule below).  The samples will be collected in the location specified by the client. These sampling prices do not include an inspection.
  • Air sampling requires two samples.  The first is taken outside the home and is the control sample.  The second sample is taken in the specified location in the home.  Air samples can also be taken to check for other substances such as dander, fibers and pollen.
  • Surface samples are taken using special tapes and swabs from areas with a visible mold like substance.

Surface sampling            $60.00 per sample($35.00 w/any inspection)
 
Air Sampling                $135.00($35.00 for each additional sample)
  
Air and swab combination    $155.00($35.00 for each additional sample)
(Air sampling plus two
 surface samples)
 
Carpet and wall cavity sampling  $50.00 per sample

 

All samples are sent to a lab for professional analysis and the results are usually provided in 3 business days.
